This Year Rise Inc. is again working along side Fresno Community College to bring Hmong Hour at AsianFest to our Community. During this segment Rise will be having Hmong American Arts & performance to showcase to our community. AsianFest will be happening on Thursday April 27 to April 29th at the Fresno Community College.
