RISE is a community-based organization that addresses community base matters. We focus on closing the disparity gaps and bridging inequities in the Hmong Community, specifically in Fresno County.
RISE strives to be a champion of positive reinforcement by creating a platform where individuals can express themselves in a non-biased environment.
RISE believes in building relationships through commonality, thus developing our programs around recreational activities.
